In order for us to provide you with the best service possible, we may collect personal data that include contact information about you as our guest or booker or as a travel companion(s), including but not limited to name, address(es), telephone number(s), email address(es), passport and visa information and other relevant contact information, identification details, transaction information such as booking and travel information, any information necessary to fulfil special requests (e.g., health issues that require specific or specials needs, accommodation, purchase of goods and services), information captured on card key and other security systems, including any recordings of your image captured on Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) or your voice calls made to us, information you provide us regarding your marketing preferences or in the course of participating in surveys, contests or promotional offers, contact and other relevant details of corporations and individuals with whom we do business (e.g., travel agents, meeting and event planners).
At the same time, we also confirm that you have obtained the prior consent of your travel companion in regard to their personal information given to us.
The personal information we collect can either be obligatory or voluntary. Obligatory personal information is those that we require in order to provide you with our products and services. Again, if you don’t provide us with the obligatory personal information, we would not be able to provide you with our products and services that meet your needs and expectations. Voluntary personal information is information which is not mandatory in order for us to provide you with our products and services. If you do not provide us with the voluntary personal information, you can still sign up for our products and services and will be indicated in the application form.

Apart from personal information obtained from you directly as described above, we may also obtain your personal information from third parties we deal with or connected to you. For example, from airlines, travel agencies and other such sources in respect of which you have given your consent to disclose information relating to you and/or where otherwise lawfully permitted.

Reasonable efforts to comply with your request to access or correct your personal information will be carried out within 21 days of receiving your written request. Please note that we may have to withhold access to your personal information in certain situations, for example when we are unable to confirm your identity or where information requested for is of a confidential commercial nature or in the event, we receive repeated requests for the same information. Nevertheless, we will notify you of the reasons for not being able to accede to your request.
